While I'm very late in posting this review, I do want to let anyone reading this know that Brandi Wilson was absolutely fantastic to work with from start to finish when it came to listing my home and selling it.
She was an instrumental part of a the team when it came to communicating and coordinating efforts with my general contractor who was completing the remodel and updates.
Brandi went above and beyond to ensure all needs were met, she's an excellent communicator and promptly responds to correspondence and calls. She road mapped a strategy with me when it came to the listing timeline, showings, pricing & market strategy.
This resulted in a listing that saw the house sell in less than half the average time homes were being sold from the time of listing. (Perhaps even faster.)
Anyone considering her shouldn't hesitate to sign and anyone looking for a realtor to buy or sell in the West TN area whatsoever could not go wrong in seeking her representation. She is a consummate professional, very customer service oriented, and one of the nicest, most friendly, people you will encounter on what is normally a stress-filled journey when it comes to one of the largest purchases a person will ever make.
